This was an old, tired and expensive-to-run office block which Hampshire County Council decided to refurbish as a landmark commercial building. Now it’s a bright and cheerful place to work.

Our before/during/after documentary (for the Carbon Trust) shows how fantastic results were achieved by stripping back the building to its bare concrete frame to give the design team a blank canvas for their low carbon work.
